Third Eye could not possibly have been better - after a really horrendous break-in that left us all very upset , not only did they come out promptly to fit a new system , but were extremely empathetic and understanding of how we were feeling . They took the time to discuss everything in detail to find the most vulnerable points of our property, and make sure the system was the right one for us. Also for some people the tech side can be quite mystifying - getting used to the system and to using phone apps for extra convenience. Again they were super patient in helping us adapt. In the past I’ve had alarm systems and stopped using them either because they developed minor faults or because it seemed too much of a hassle or too complicated . But now, a month on from having this work done, we use the system every day whether we’re in at night or out, and it’s become a simple and efficient part of our routine. For anyone who thinks a burglary will never happen to them , believe me, it’s more stress than you may expect - so absolutely worth having the reassurance of a good company like Third Eye that you can trust , who will always respond to queries, and are very fairly priced . Alarm and three cameras Ollie did a great installation with clear instructions for use on phones via the app etc. The after service has been great and ongoing support for silly questions, battery changes etc has been second to none.
